At Sparkle Space Styling, full styling in most of Sydney starts from $2,113 for a 1-bedroom apartment, $2,573 for a 2-bedroom apartment, $4,400 for a 3-bedroom house and $4,800 for a 4-bedroom house, plus GST (prices as of October 2026). In Upper North Shore, Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and Canada Bay & Strathfield, a 4-bedroom house is from $5,760 plus GST. These are for homes within 15 km of our Lidcombe warehouse; further away adds 5% (15–30 km), 10% (30–50 km) or 25% (more than 50 km). Sparkle Space prices styling room by room, so the price follows the size of the home. A house is $400 per bedroom, $800 per living area, $400 per dining area and $100 per bathroom, with slightly lower rates for apartments. The area adds an adjustment to the total (North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and harbour areas +20%; nothing elsewhere), and access (stairs, lifts and parking) can add to it too.

No. Sparkle Space Styling prices and online estimates are shown excluding GST. GST is added to the formal proposal.

The Sparkle Space price covers the styling design, furniture, artwork, rugs, bedding and accessories from our own collection, delivery and installation, a 12 weeks (4 weeks plus 8 weeks free) hire period, and removal once the property has sold.

Sparkle Space prices each room separately, so extra rooms add to the price: each extra bedroom in a house adds $400 and each extra living area $800. The area adds an adjustment (North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and harbour areas +20%), and access (up to +10% for stairs, small lifts or no nearby parking) adjusts the total. Premium styling is available for every home and Luxury for houses. The online estimate is confirmed after a quick inspection.

Sparkle Space offers three styling levels. Standard: quality furniture, art and accessories chosen to suit the home and its buyers. Premium: quality furniture, considered finishes and timeless design choices. Luxury: elevated, fully customised styling with statement furniture and layered finishes (houses only). Standard and Premium are available for every home in every region we work in; Luxury is for houses.

A $500 booking fee confirms your installation date with Sparkle Space; for packages of $10,000 and over, the booking fee is 10%. The balance is due 1 week before installation. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card, or defer the cost with Pay Later.

Yes. Through our partner Elepay, Sparkle Space Pay Later lets you defer the cost of styling for up to 180 days, enough to cover the campaign and settlement. Applications take a few minutes, up to $10,000 is approved instantly, and fees range from 3.45% to 7.95% depending on when you pay.

Property styling, also called home staging, is preparing and furnishing a property for sale so it photographs well and buyers can picture themselves living there. Sparkle Space Styling highlights each home’s best features to attract more buyers and support a stronger sale price.

Sparkle Space follows four steps: consultation, proposal, design and installation. We assess the property, propose a tailored design and price, then deliver and install the furniture and accessories so the home is ready for photography and inspections.

Installation takes from a few hours to a full day for larger homes, and every job is finished on the same day. Installation is completed on your booked styling day.

The standard Sparkle Space hire period is 12 weeks (4 weeks plus 8 weeks free), included in the price. If the campaign runs longer, the hire can be extended for $500 per week as standard (this can vary by project).

If the property sells before the end of the hire period, Sparkle Space simply destages it: we remove all of the styling items once the sale is confirmed, and the property is left as we found it.

After the inspection, Sparkle Space sends your confirmed quote within 24 hours.

Book as early as you can, especially in busy seasons. Sparkle Space recommends booking at least 2 weeks before your preferred installation date. Faster turnarounds can often be arranged when needed.

Yes. Sparkle Space offers partial styling for occupied or partly furnished homes. We work with the furniture that suits the look and add the pieces needed to finish each room.

Sparkle Space coordinates the removal of all styling items once the property has sold. Everything is carefully packed and removed, leaving the property as we found it.

Sparkle Space thinks styling usually makes sense for vacant or dated homes that buyers will first see in photos. It may not be worth it if buyers are buying the land, the home needs repairs first, the sale is already agreed, or the home can't be cleared. We can't promise a sale price. Yes. Sparkle Space works with agents across Sydney: a free inspection, a written quote within 24 hours of it, installation on the booked styling day and destaging if the home sells early. Our prices are published so agents can show vendors, and vendors can use Pay Later.

Yes. Sparkle Space has its own furniture company, so you can buy pieces used in your styling. Our range is also available at sparklehome.store.

Sparkle Space Styling works across Greater Sydney from our warehouse in Lidcombe. Our regions are Upper North Shore, Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and Canada Bay & Strathfield (+20% area adjustment), and Ryde & Eastwood, Inner West & City, St George & Bayside, Sutherland Shire, Canterbury-Bankstown, Parramatta & Cumberland, Hills & Hornsby, Western Sydney and South West Sydney. Homes further than 15 km from our warehouse add a distance adjustment (5% (15–30 km), 10% (30–50 km) or 25% (more than 50 km)). Outside these Sydney areas we quote on request.

Sparkle Space prices vary by area and by distance from our Lidcombe warehouse. Homes on the North Shore, in the Eastern Suburbs and in other harbour areas use more furniture per room and are harder to deliver to, so those regions have a +20% area adjustment. Separately, our furniture travels from the warehouse, so the further a home is from it the higher the distance adjustment: nothing within 15 km, then 5% (15–30 km), 10% (30–50 km) or 25% (more than 50 km). The adjustments add together, and the region does not decide the distance: Western Sydney and South West Sydney are standard area pricing, but homes there further than 15 km from the warehouse still get a distance adjustment.

Yes. Sparkle Space delivers furniture from our Lidcombe warehouse, so the distance from the warehouse to the property matters, not only the region. Three adjustments add together on the room-by-room price: an area adjustment (+20% in the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and harbour regions), a distance adjustment (nothing within 15 km of the warehouse, then 5% (15–30 km), 10% (30–50 km) or 25% (more than 50 km)), and an access adjustment (0%, +5% or +10% for stairs, lifts and parking). Published "from" prices are for homes within 15 km of the warehouse. Examples for a 4-bedroom house with 2 living areas: in a Western Sydney suburb within 15 km it is from $4,800 plus GST; Austral (South West Sydney, about 23 km) has standard area pricing but gets a +5% distance adjustment, so it is from $5,040 plus GST; Penrith (about 34 km) gets +10%, from $5,280 plus GST; Katoomba (about 68 km) gets +25%, from $6,000 plus GST.
